Where the physical meets the metaphysical

Would you like to develop positive and healthy habits in your daily life? I am a registered health coach, and I can help you re-create the lifestyle you really want!

While health coaching has been founded on helping clients meet diet and exercise goals, I also incorporate non-physical habits as well, such as self-care routines, connecting with Source Power, and generally feeling more free, through introspective techniques and confidence-building habits.

Though losing weight or reducing harmful substances in the body are what most people think health coaching is all about, I also use different spiritual modalities to uncover oneโ€™s behaviours. From principles in Christianity, 12 Step Recovery, Buddhism and Mindfulness, and A Course in Miracles, I can help you get to the root of unhealthy habits, and replace them with positive, uplifting, and empowering choices instead.

There is absolutely no judging in a session with me. I understand that the unhealthy habits we have built up have been coping mechanisms that at one time served us, but as we outgrow them, we might need a little help forging a new path.

I believe that all people are inherently good, and that it is our birthright to feel that goodness. Learning how to choose good things for ourselves will bolster our self-esteem, and live more authentically in that birthright. I can help you find the courage and willingness to choose the best habits that align with your vision, and help encourage you as you set out on your new lifestyle.
